The "Website" employs the infrastructures of the company "Hostpoint AG", which provides storage memory, Web- and E-Mail Server and connnection with the Web.
The company "Hostpoint AG" menages the personal data in conformance with the european GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

4.1 CUSTOMERS DATA

The following information are provided by the Customers to "Napalai - Thai Massage & Spa" when and as necessary:

Name and primary information (E-mail Address and/or Telefon number) necessary for the arrangement of appointments.
Address und bank account number required for payments or shipment of vouchers.

These personal data are communicated to third parties only if necessary for the accomplishment of services that need this information (e.g. payments with credit cards). Otherwise the personal data will not be disclosed to thirds, unless with written consent of the Customer.
The Customers can always and at any time request the cancelation of their personal data. In order to do this, a request per e-mail or other written form will be sufficient.

4.2 INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

At each visit of the "Website" the Internet Browser will automatically collect the following data:

Hostname and IP-Adresse of the computer which effects the connection,
Date and time of the connection,
Internet Browser, operative system and machine of the visitor.

The data are anonym and are collected purely for statistical analysis of the utilization of the "Website".
